Description
As Covid-19 vaccinations are more prevalent, organizations are considering bringing staff back to the office. Smart organizations have recognized that Covid changed the way we do everything and are taking this opportunity to reconsider, and even redesign, the way they operate. In this very timely Insight session, Alyson Stoffer and Grant Harden will discuss TLC’s “Easing Back Into Things” strategy. They will cover the following issues:
1. Players involved
2. The hybrid work model they landed on
3. Advocating to leadership
4. Tools and systems needed for success
5. Managing a team
6. How you as an individual can set yourself up for success
After their presentation, they will discuss your questions and even brainstorm with you about your organization’s plans for returning to work.
