In this webinar, CAPTRUST Financial Advisor Patrick Flint and Director James Stenstrom will highlight findings from the firm’s annual Endowment & Foundation Survey, and provide insights on what top-performing nonprofits are doing to meet funding needs. They will also discuss what factors individual donors consider as part of their philanthropic giving strategies to help nonprofits develop their own strategies to maximize potential gifts.

PATRICK B. FLINT
Vice President, Financial Advisor
Patrick joined CAPTRUST in 2017 and serves as a vice president, financial advisor responsible for providing investment advisory services to fiduciaries of retirement plans, endowments, and foundations. As part of the firm’s institutional consulting practice, Patrick helps his clients with all aspects of investment policy development, asset allocation, and investment manager selection. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was a vice president, strategic relationship manager at John Hancock, and he has worked in the industry since 2011. Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in operations management with a concentration in business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and holds the Professional Plan Consultant (PPC®) designation.
JAMES STENSTROM
Director, Endowment & Foundation Practice
James joined CAPTRUST in 2009 and serves as a Director in the Endowment & Foundation practice. In this role, he leads CAPTRUST’s Outsource Chief Investment Officer program. His responsibilities include driving asset allocation, investment manager selection, and long-term investment strategy creation. James is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in finance and investments. James also currently serves as the Grants Committee Chair for the CAPTRUST Community Foundation. He also formerly served as an executive on the board of a community-based non-profit in Durham, NC.
