Leading in our post-COVID world is difficult. Both our employees and our partners are stressed and stretched thin. So how do we lead in a way that empowers our mission and community? In this presentation, we’ll discuss the role of emotional intelligence in emerging leadership and the keys of servant leadership to help propel our leadership in 2023.
Speaker Biography:
Jason Butler has over 20 years of community leadership experience as an executive director, pastor, and community organizer. He holds a Master’s in Intercultural Studies, a Doctorate in Leadership from Duke, and an NC State MBA McLauchlan Leadership Fellow. He is a Keynote Speaker, the author of The Village Mindset, and a Coach that helps organizations and executives thrive in a post-COVID through the powerful principles of Servant Leadership.
