Description

CapDev conducted a first-of-its-kind statewide survey of nonprofits and funders in 2024 and has summarized its key findings in the Compass Report, released at the annual NC Center for Nonprofits Conference. Having gathered input on the results from major NC foundations, CapDev is now sharing key takeaways from the report with the nonprofit sector as a spark to engage deepened communications and to ignite opportunities, furthering their work of constantly making our world better. Join us on March 6, 2025 from noon to 1 p.m. for a Lunch & Learn (lunch to be provided*) where presenters from CapDev will explore the report’s findings.

*If you have any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions that we should be aware of, please contact Charlene Bell at cbell@acpacares.org.

The four main points to discuss center around these topics:

  1. Reimagine governance structure
  2. Educate and empower future workforce
  3. Mobilize collaboration for transformative impact
  4. Build stronger philanthropic relationships

More information can be found in the full report here: www.capdev.com/compassreport2024.
