Founded in 1885, BCH is one of the largest and most comprehensive nonprofit child and family care organizations in the Southeast. With a Christ-centered mission, BCH provides residential services, foster care, adoption support, special needs ministries, family resource programs, and compassionate outreach to children, adults, and families across North Carolina and beyond.
The Chief Development Officer will lead a mission-driven advancement team, building upon BCH’s rich history of donor support to expand the organization’s capacity and impact. This strategic leader will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative fundraising strategies, cultivating transformative donor relationships, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of BCH’s ministries.
Salary range commensurate with experience, starts at $190,000
