Fall is here. I smell it in the air, see it in the tree color change, and feel the delightful breeze outside. It is also a time of movement for us fundraisers. We begin to write those end of year appeals, put on fantastic special events, and wrap up proposals. It is also an eventful season for your AFP Board members and volunteers. We are putting on our biggest event of the year – National Philanthropy Day.
National Philanthropy Day®, November 15, acknowledges the entire spectrum of services provided by the nonprofit community and recognizes the profound impact that philanthropy has on the fabric of society. And, each year AFP honors individuals and groups who, through their hard work and dedication, have enhanced philanthropy, their communities and the world. We will be honoring inspiring individuals and organizations on this day and would love for you to be in attendance at this moving luncheon. Please register today. You also have the opportunity to honor one of your volunteers/donors at your table this year. If you are a table sponsor, you will be given the privilege of honoring this person in the program and with a table gift. Find more information on the NPD page of the website.
We are also wrapping up our Every Member Campaign. Remember,
