Description
Speakers: Mary Linda McBride
Description: Well-being is a set of skills. Mindfulness practices are a proven way to build the skills needed to reduce stress and foster well-being and resilience. While mindfulness skills can’t change the challenges in our personal and professional lives, they can provide the cognitive and emotional flexibility to manage them more productively. Using the acronym P.A.C.E. – Pause, Attention, Compassion, and Enjoyment -participants will learn four (4) specific and practical methods to build “muscles” that result in greater calm and clarity. The presentation is experiential, evidence-based, and fun!
