2010 National Philanthropy Day Celebration

This year's National Philanthropy Day® Luncheon takes place Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary where more than 300 community leaders will come together to celebrate the spirit of giving. The Triangle Chapter will honor philanthropic heroes whose generosity inspires us and serves as an example for others.
Don't let this opportunity pass to raise awareness for philanthropy and win valuable recognition for your organization. We invite you, along with your current and future donors and volunteers, to join us in this celebration. Below you will find a link to the Table Sponsorship Reservation Form. Please take a moment to review and reserve a table for your organization. Certain table sponsorships offer wonderful opportunities for you to honor one or two of your donors at your table with table gifts and special mention of the donors work in the event program.

Table Sponsors must register by September 24, 2010 to ensure inclusion in the program for their honorees.
In addition to your sponsorship, we encourage you to nominate donors and volunteers who you feel should be recognized for their contributions to your organization. Please review the nomination packet below describing the award categories, criteria and guidelines. The nomination process is simple, and yet it means so much to those you choose to honor. An independent panel of community leaders will make the award selections, and award recipients will be notified by mid-October.

National Philanthropy Day (NPD) is celebrated by numerous fundraisers, government leaders, businesses and individuals who wish to honor all the contributions philanthropy has made. NPD provides an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of giving and all that it has accomplished, as well as what there still is to do.
